Account & Sign-In
If you’re having trouble signing in with Email, Apple, or Google, contact Still Sky Support.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions purchased through the Still Sky iOS app are billed through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple subscription settings.
Restore Purchases
If an active subscription is not showing in Still Sky, use Restore Purchases inside the app. If your access is still not restored, contact us.
Playback & App Issues
If meditation audio, playback, premium access, or another part of the app is not working as expected, please contact us and briefly describe the issue.
